3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after receiving an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- All orders require a 25% advance payment to confirm and book the order.
- An additional 50% payment is required before production begins.
- The remaining 25% balance must be paid prior to dispatch.
- Orders are only processed once the advance payment is received.
- All pricing is subject to confirmation and may vary depending on customization, fabrics, and order quantity.
4. Product Samples & Customization
- Customers are encouraged to provide logo files and sample designs before production.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear specifications from the customer.
- • Fabric and colour shades may slightly vary due to production batch differences.
5. Delivery & Lead Time
- Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation.
- Delays due to customs, logistics, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
- We ensure regular updates during production and shipping stages.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
- In case of faulty or incorrect products, we will arrange for replacement or refund as applicable.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Uneek Clothing GCC.
- No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
